In a large stock pot create your brine(base)
Next Begin making your "Meat Matrix" ...in a deep dish frying pan add in

In a small cooking pot fill 1/2 with h20 and add in your 4 cups of shrimp . Bring to boil then turn to low for 5-8 minutes..then strain, and add into your meat matrix...
Be sure to stir your bean brine and meat matrix every 8 minutes or so to allow for even cooking and flavor infusion..
Once shrimp is finished cooking pour all ingredients into the large stock pot and mix very well....slowly....lovingly....gently...but WATCH OUT the flavors become explosively tasty. Let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes (check the solidity of your kidney beans. if they are hard or too firm simple let simmer until they are cooked to your liking.
Once finished cooking container your amazing creation with some tupper-ware to enjoy for your future meals.. it serves almost 20! so its a great option for a work party, family get together, or pot luck....its extremely healthy..spread the word and Enjoy!

- 4 cups frozen shrimp
- 3 cups red kidney beans(uncooked)
- 3 cups black beans(uncooked)
- 2 cup corn
- 1 (36) ounce can of meijers organic tomato sauce
- 1 roma tomato
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 pablano peppers
- 1 jalepino pepper
- 5 radishes
- 1 med red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cups fresh broccoli

- Frontera all natural Enchilada sauce
- Angry Orchard hard cider
- fresh cracked peppercorn
- 2 tbs Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbs ground chipotle chili powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbs Tapatio hot sauce
- dash of fennel powder
