Circadian Stress
Daytime & nighttime Circadian rhythm. The Time-line of our 24 hour Hormone release .
Keeping a balance of the Autonomic Nervous System is the key for equal hormonal release to produce superior results in your physical demands and your recovery ability:
*If your a person whom tends to only give yourself only 3-5 hours of sleep each night, a weekly cycle can occur. For those individuals many times a recuperation day is needed, or a day where your totally fatigued, must sleep beyond 8 hours and still feel under-slept. To keep this cycle from happening ensure at least 6 hours of rest each night
Prevent Circadian stress from hindering your results into and out of the gym by proper wake/sleep cycles for enhanced and heightened Catabolic and Anabolic release
I like to use the slogan “ Sleep 8...feel great”

- As we wake catabolic hormones become released naturally as the sun rises to give energy ,and a refreshed sensation from a full night of sleep and repair.
- As sun sets, gets darker, catabolic hormones (adrenaline, cortisol) drop naturally as anabolic building repair hormones (Testosterone, Dhea, growth hormones) increase to a high point well through the night.
