“Eu-stress” or “ Distress”
There are a series of different types of stress and this will shed light as to see where in your life there maybe an imbalance pushing your body into a more sympathetic stimulus where the catabolic hormones become released at an extreme rate, which will hinder your health and fitness goals
We all need stress and “Eu-stress” is a good stress, we all need stress to continue to grow and we receive certain benefits from the stressors within your workout, which will in turn allow your body to grow and become stronger and feel better.
Eu-stress “Good stress” stimulates the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system. As far as dietary and chemical stress is concerned Eu-stress is stimulated by :
“Distress” is distressful. This stressor does not lead to good feeling happiness. You may become DE-vitalized (sick, depressed, on medications) and then lack any results in the gym. But through a questioner assessment we can find if you maybe burden down,and carrying a load into the gym. Also, stimulating more of your catabolic hormones from the processed food choices, which our bodies must constantly detoxify to get rid of (artifiial sweeteners, Colors/Dyes, Trans fats, HFC's..etc)on a daily basis which is highly stressful. And a body will not burn fat and build muscle if it is constantly trying to detox.

- Whole foods (chicken, Apple) (not, protein bars and shakes or hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup)
- Organic Foods – not chemical laden with pesticides, herbicides to kill or prevent reproduction in pests and insects. Which is poisonous to the human bodies. Causing distress.
- Diet is balanced according to your metabolic type (MT)
- Proper Hydration is #1 cause of dis-function.

- Processed Foods “non foods” cereals, boxed preserved, chemical laden. Stripped of vitamins and minerals (breads, bagels, bars, shakes)
- Foods with Pesticides foods that are grown conventionally with many chemicals. They are chemical laden and meant to prevent reproduction. “hormone precursors” which leads to reproduction issues in society today. Specifically estrogen precursors that cause men to turn more feminine in essence witch lower sperm count through ingesting these pesticides.
- Imbalanced Macro-nutrients – Some individual only know convenience sugar and grains. Meat? Vegetables? Whole food? Food Prep? Cannot grow stronger build muscle or burn fat. These bodies are more associated with detoxification first. It takes more energy to digest assimilate and get rid of these foods than they actually provide for the body. Creating a net loss
- Adverse side effects from mal-nutrition (fad diets: Atkins, Zone diet, Mediterranean diet ..etc) or simply a lack of eating to sustain normal body processes.
