- 6 oz sweet potato
- 1 can organic chilli (chicken, turkey, vegetarian)
- 1 oz fat free cheddar cheese
- 1 oz fat free sour cream
- 1/8 cup black or green olives
- Mrs. dash garlic N' herb seasoning
- 2 oz all natural salsa
Tuscan lime Egg Salad and E-Z home-made croutons
- 6 whole boiled eggs (3 whole, 3 whites)
