Mixed Metabolic Type Allowable Foods List
Always keep in mind that your body's metabolic chemistry is as unique as your fingerprint. Some of these selections may fit you to a "T" while others may look new, unknown, or you may have had a bad experience with in your past ( it was preparred not to your liking, was prepared in a bad food combination that gave you a bad side effect, or you may have found your allergic or sensitive to a specific food. Ultimately, when experimenting, Use your dietary fine tuining sheet with any new food selection that you have not tried before, the chances are in your favor, now knowing, more about what your own bodies needs may be. Personally I consume a high amount of broccoli, which is not on my protein type food list, but after assesing my bodies reactions to the food, using the fine tuning sheet, I had more "Right" answers than "Wrong" answers, thus accepting broccoli into my own "Personal Allowable Foods List" so use your own judgment whenever experimenting with new foods. Below I have made the Mixed type's foods list ready for download. And there are actually 2 list. the protein list and carbohydrate list. being a mixed type your body will best respond to both options, so you are able to consume foods from both menus on a daily basis.....Enjoy!
