Combine Dry: 2 scoops protein powder, dash cinnamon, tsp cocoa, tsp organic almond butter and mix into pudding consistancy using steaming hot water or yogurt. Next, 3 large chopped mushrooms, 1 piece of chopped Ezekiel bread. Combine chopped ingredients into pudding and mix evenly...slice a berry of choice and dust coat top layer with some cinnamon....this is a great healthy meal/Dessert/Treat ..guilt free... Agave nectar also is a great topper.
