Instructions
- Make 20 copies of the fine tuning mini quiz and Always keep a copy available at mealtime when your trying to identify your ideal macro-nutrient ratio, or adjust it because of shifts in your metabolism.
- Within 1-3 hours after a meal, take a few minutes to fill out the quiz.
- Add up the number of check marks in each column and fill in the totals.
- If you have more wrong answers than right, your body is telling you that you did not get the right protein to carbohydrates ratio at that meal.
- Keep adjusting your Protein to Carbohydrates ratio until you get more right answers than wrong.
